The staff that clean the rooms was very disrespectful and very rude . When asking them questions they got mad no one never came to give us clean towels or clean the room . This was not good at all . They need more training in how to treat customers

Aldi the electrical plugs by the bed didn’t work so I could not use my CPAP medical device

The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom was in need of repairs. The accessibility bar near the toilet was loose on one end, the bathtub needed recaulking.

AC unit very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Cycle on and off every 5 minutes. Told clerk at check out but all she did was say “I’m sorry “. Ice machine on 2 floor near our room was not working. TV remote was difficult to use.
