Everything was great the shower head had something on it but didn’t affect the use. The room was pretty clean, the heckling was quick and easy. I had called ahead and let them know it was going to be a late check-in which they were very accommodating. Unfortunately wasn’t able to have breakfast as we had to be at an even before it started but the eating area looked very nice and comfortable. And even had private sitting spots with its own tvs. Was a very nice setup. The beds were the best bed I’ve slept in at a hotel in ages! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Cars broken into 1st night, Room wasn’t cleaned from sat am to sat pm. Otherwise, staff was outstanding.

Room was old, carpet dirty. toilet seat broken, shower head not working properly. we have stayed at less expensive hotels that were much cleaner and nicer.

This property is convenient in terms of location and proximity to the highway; however, it is not the standard I’ve come to expect from Marriott.
My room was partially cleaned, the TV didn’t work and looked like it was from 1990. Whoever was rooming above me had the TV most of the evening, so you could hear it though the walls.
I think preventative maintenance and upgrading is needed for the rooms, but standard fare for the rate.

我没吃早饭，收拾行李的时候才发现车停在酒店被砸了。不仅一个车窗要换，而是四个车窗都要换。车里一片狼藉，酒店工作人员却一副漠不关心的样子。所以，我以后绝对不会再去斯泰茨维尔了，这是我人生中最糟糕的经历。
这间酒店本来很有潜力，可惜我们这层楼放了除臭剂，显然是为了掩盖异味，让人很不舒服。房间里的卫生纸少得可怜，我们打电话让他们送过来，他们答应了，结果却一直没送来。浴室的排气扇坏了，所以浴室里总是雾蒙蒙的。大堂的免费咖啡只供应到6点半，之后就得去餐厅买。
我去的时候餐厅关门了，而且淋浴也没有热水。我下午4:30和早上5点都试过了，还是没有热水！！！
早上没有热水。经理不在，员工也束手无策。
一半的电视频道都看不了。
