Would stay again

Very smooth and quick check in which is wonderful! Clean, convenient location and nice room. Would definitely stay again.

I travel the US as a corporate video producer and regularly fly out of BNA for work projects. This location is one of the best hotels I stay when traveling. Simply, never been disappointed.

Becky's stay

This hotel was fabulous. when we first walked in we were greeted by a smiling clerk who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled great (as was the hallways), the bed mattress was perfect.

Needs more them one chair per room , having two people one sitting.☹️ on the bed.

Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. Gave us great advice on dining options. Room was clean and roomy. I liked using Dove products for bath and shower. Breakfast was yummy.

Not a great part of town from what I gathered by all the emergency vehicle sirens. Not a fan of the new lobby check-in design. Quite impersonal.
