Room was spotless and everything was in great shape. However, in a 4 to 5 story building elevator should work.

Originally thought "spots" on bathroom tile floor was part of design, but after using towel to dry water splash from showering in morning, it was dirt! Left immediately. Showed to front desk at checkout. Just said, "oh, sorry".

Check in was great. Room was very clean.
The only negative was that the heater didn’t work.

Very smooth and quick check in which is wonderful! Clean, convenient location and nice room. Would definitely stay again.

I travel the US as a corporate video producer and regularly fly out of BNA for work projects. This location is one of the best hotels I stay when traveling. Simply, never been disappointed.

This hotel was fabulous. when we first walked in we were greeted by a smiling clerk who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, smelled great (as was the hallways), the bed mattress was perfect.
人们像疯了一样冲向门口，发出很大的噪音，非常有趣的是，为我服务的人就这样改了我的纸条，当我拿到纸条时，它真的不起作用，就好像他想让我毁了那东西一样。
