Every person working here was kind and professional. The bed was SO comfortable, and the room is very quiet. All 3 main breakfast options over the three days were delicious, and there were plenty of other options if you aren't an eggs and meat kind of person. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet. I really like the soap/conditioner dispensers. Just seems to much more hygienic or something. TONY in the breakfast area was fantastic! Very friendly and funny, did a great job with keeping everything stocked. When we checked in, Johnny was training a new associate. While he was on the phone she had a question. He didn't seem upset or belittle her in front of us, just explained how to do it. Beds were comfortable, able to get the AC adjusted well. Shower spray was a bit 'meh', but okay. Check on out easy. Would stay again without any hesitation, even though it was not convenient to where we were going each day (Seafood Festival in Morehead City).

Carpets very worn in room.
Elevator door was extremely squeaky and ha a large sticky residue on it.
Breakfast on Sunday morning was terrific!

A+ customer service
When I first entered the room I was originally assigned, there was an objectionable odor in the room. I called the front desk and the lady on duty immediately found another - and better - room for me to use. While, true, there was an issue with one of the rooms, your customer service was A+. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Everything was great from the service to the comfort of the room and very clean. Complementary breakfast was also great. Only thing I noticed was the elevator definitely needs work. Very noisy all the time.

This location was great. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Elevator and doors need repair.
