Well appointed room, love the lpl floors. I think two things wash the windows, I had a river view and the windows were not clean. House keeping knocked on my door at 930Am checkout was 11. This hotel is greatly located central to everything!!

The entire building has a very strange odor about it. Not like a cleaner or air freshener. The coffee maker in my room was filled with water with no idea how long it had been in there I went downstairs and there was no coffee to be found until the barista came in. There should be fresh coffee available 24/7!

Therestat in the room did not work even after maintenance came. Ice machine was out of service and the cards to unlock the room door was difficult to unlock the door

很棒的住宿体验,客户服务也很好
可能当地本来就比较潮湿,进门就是一股潮湿的气味,地板也是黏糊糊的。当时水龙头下水开关都坏了。除了前台部分员工poker face以为,其余都还算热情。地理位置可以,在老城,去哪里都较方便,洗澡比较舒服。
这是我住过最差的酒店,房间又脏员工态度又差。
我们总是喜欢住在这里。记得要订临河的房间哦。
酒店员工非常友好热情。我提前到了,他们让我提前大约30分钟办理了入住,比4点的入住时间早了30分钟。房间非常干净,酒店大部分时间都很安静。酒店就在恐惧角河畔,拥有一个非常漂亮的户外区域,配备游泳池、火坑和座椅。我们去的时候风很大,天气也很冷,所以没机会使用这些设施。我还去了健身房,感觉很不错。健身房里有五台跑步机和两辆动感单车。虽然不大,但是很干净,也满足了我的需求。酒店大堂里有一家很棒的小咖啡馆,咖啡很好喝,而且大堂非常温暖,我可以坐在那里和我的同事聊天。酒店位于老城区,那里非常可爱,步行即可到达许多餐厅、酒吧和冰淇淋店。
住了五晚。停车场的灯直到最后一晚才亮着——感觉很不安全。从大堂到街道的坡道上完全没有路灯——同样不安全,很容易绊倒。沟通也不到位,我预订的是两张双人床的房间,要求入住一楼或二楼。我不坐电梯(有电梯恐惧症的人应该像其他残疾人士一样得到照顾)。酒店回复邮件说三楼以下没有房间,但会尽力安排,却没有说明我预订的房型是从四楼开始的!如果我知道的话,我当时就会换房型了。下午4点15分办理入住时,被安排在七楼,但他们又改到了四楼——三楼已经没有空房了。夜班经理态度很好,虽然我当时明显很慌张也很不高兴(但我并没有无礼)。我已经七十多岁了,从停车场走四层楼梯,甚至从酒店门口走两层楼梯对我来说都很吃力。每次都得靠别人帮忙搬运行李。因为要参加活动,所以穿着高跟鞋上下楼梯更加吃力。很多制冰机都坏了。停车费每晚22美元,但车位有限——有一晚,我绕了两个停车场都没找到车位,最后不得不使用代客泊车服务(免费)。退房时,停车费被多收了,不过指出后他们改正了。在酒店餐厅点过一次早餐,但因为太咸(饼干配肉汁),根本没法吃。不过,玉米粥很好吃。房间非常干净、舒适、漂亮。
酒店位置很好,就在河边,我们很喜欢清晨在河边散步。从河边可以看到北卡罗来纳号战列舰,景色优美。
