This place needs totally updated! Carpets are disgusting, stains, spots all over them. Beds are mediocre. Breakast was okay, but never had any pancake batter out for waffles, even though the lady came out of kitchen a couple times and looked. I asked for itemized receipt be sent to my email and never recieved one

This was a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great. My husband enjoyed the fitness center.

Our first room wouldn't unlock. They gave us a different room and the tv didn't work. We spoke to the front desk and their response was "most of our tvs don't work".

酒店本来应该有热水浴缸，我们打电话确认了，结果入住当天就停运维修了……真是太扫兴了，比赛结束后放松一下肯定很不错，这也是我们预订这家酒店的原因之一。除此之外，这次入住体验还不错，地理位置也很棒。
虽然是新酒店，但看起来就像1991年建的。而且总的来说，设施在初期就已经出现了一些问题。实际上，你需要填写一份表格才能在入住期间打扫房间，请注意那份通知。我没有这样做，我很后悔。
