My stay was a very pleasant one. Bed was comfortable along with the down pillows. Breakfast would’ve been better if there was a variety on the menu. I believe the hot breakfast only had like 4 choices which consisted of 2 sandwich choices. They also offered burrito and egg bites. I’m not a sandwich person, but the sandwiches were tasty.

The one time someone was actually at the counter to make a drink and she was not able to make it because they didnt have the supplies to do it and it was a drink that was on the menu board. No one available for coffee in the mornings

I was there for a wedding. I was booked for one night and had to extend my stay. But my first night there my room was the absolute worst. As soon as you enter the room there was a smell that air freshener couldn’t get rid of I spoke
With the front desk clerk Tracy about it. And she told me that there were no more rooms available and that she would let house keeping no. But no one ever came. My second night stay was better the room was didn’t have an odor.

Perfect spot for us on our way home from Hampton. Room was large and very clean.

It was very nice, but I don't think the ******* price has the taxes put on because ******* told me my total was 356 but I paid 400 dollars at location. My only concern lol.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with room service. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds or change the bed sheets during our entire stay. I contacted the front desk, and while the receptionist assured me someone would be sent to take care of it, no one ever came.
When I followed up again, I was told that the housekeeping staff might have skipped the room because we had left personal items on the beds — but this was simply not true. We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day.
This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through *******. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.

The property is excellent. Above 100%. Only problem was. Being a blind veteran. Rooms were extremely dark. To the point that I’d rather stay outside and be in the room. we had to go to someone’s house to get a lamp just so I could see my way around the room. Will not be back too dark.

The pool is very small. The property was obviously overbooked and they didn’t plan very well so the check-in was not good thereafter the stay was just fine.
