It was very nice, but I don't think the ******* price has the taxes put on because ******* told me my total was 356 but I paid 400 dollars at location. My only concern lol.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with room service. The housekeeping staff did not make the beds or change the bed sheets during our entire stay. I contacted the front desk, and while the receptionist assured me someone would be sent to take care of it, no one ever came.
When I followed up again, I was told that the housekeeping staff might have skipped the room because we had left personal items on the beds — but this was simply not true. We made sure the beds were completely clear before leaving each day.
This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel booked through *******. The rest of our stay was fine, but the lack of follow-through and inaccurate explanation left us frustrated and disappointed.

The property is excellent. Above 100%. Only problem was. Being a blind veteran. Rooms were extremely dark. To the point that I’d rather stay outside and be in the room. we had to go to someone’s house to get a lamp just so I could see my way around the room. Will not be back too dark.

The pool is very small. The property was obviously overbooked and they didn’t plan very well so the check-in was not good thereafter the stay was just fine.

I am glad that I delayed writing this review. I stayed at this property May 23rd-May 25th of 2025 and they refuse to refund my money that was held for incidentals. There were no incidentals and I keep getting the run around of why this money has not been credited back to my account. I have heard it would take 7 to 10 days, 15 days, and it's because you booked with a third party but the third party did not put the hold on my card, Marriott did. I have called several times and have so many cases and still being given the run around. This location's staff is unprofessional and will not work to rectify situations in a timely manner. I am so disappointed with this hotel.

Staff was outstanding. Unfortunately my room was near a mechanical room and the pipes were making a loud pressure release every couple of hours. Also, very loud. I could hear other doors outside of my room slamming at all hours of the night.

Staff were exceptional. Helpful, kind, and pleasurable to be around. We checked in around 9pm and were greeted like royalty. The room and bathroom was very clean. The AC did not make odd sounds and kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. We stay here anytime we are in the area and in need of a place to stay.

The staff made my stay memorable. First it was Chanel in the evening when I checked in then the other nice lady in the morning helped to add my Marriott number in the system.
I will recommend this place to my colleagues and friends.
