My mother and I came to stay the day before her surgery so that we were close to the hospital. The evening check in person, Kimberly, was simply amazing! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job. She is an asset to the hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and definitely one that I have on my list to stay at again.

Saw a bedbug in the bed on last morning. The breakfast food was awful on Saturday and they used the food from Saturday morning and served it on sunday morning. Which makes me think how long have they used leftovers. I continuesly heard water pipes throughout my visit. Floors throughout the hotel were dirty. I haven't never stayed at a Hilton and been this disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. This was my anniversary and was very disappointed

We enjoyed breakfast but they did run out of coffee and it took them awhile to replenish.

TERRIBLE, HORRIFIC , NASTY customer service. Hilton employee at the front desk named “RAVEN” hung the phone up on me while trying to resolve an issue with my stay. There weren’t enough bathroom towels, bedding, or pillows. Because Raven and her manager were annoyed with me , they downsized my two queen suite to a one king bed. My 4 kids didn’t have enough space to sleep comfortably. The living area floor lamp didn’t have a lightbulb. During breakfast on Sunday morning, the kitchen ran out of milk. The area is ghetto and not enough parking for hotel guests with 6 floors. Never again.

酒店回复: The Manger, which is me, was off for the weekend. So, I'm not understanding why you would say the manager was annoyed with you. This was a busy weekend for the hotel being that it as NSU homecoming and the only room we had available was a king size bed. We accommodated you the best way we could you giving you a room being you missed your original reservation. Hilton also explained this to you.

Hash browns, some were okay some were like the sausage hard as a rock
