It was ok for one night stay. The room door didn’t secure all the way which was very uncomfortable. The bed looked like someone had rolled around in it but we got there.

Room was very small, no desk, no chair, poor lighting. No storage space. Curtains were jammed, could not open them. Breakfast was extremely poor - the cost cutting continues apace. Have had good experiences at Hampton Inns in the past but will think twice about staying in one in future.

The room was horrible. Dead bugs stuck to the wall. The shower hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. You could see hair and soap scum from previous customers. We asked to be moved to another room, and were told they didn’t have any so there was nothing that could be done.

The staff was Excellent. Their friendliness, professionalism and love of their job showed. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I want to personally commend Nydia, Desiree and the GM Nis. Kudos to this wonderful staff!!

Overnight trip with my husband. Everyone was nice. Restaurant recommendation was great. The breakfast scones were delicious.

Received my room and it wasn't even clean the lien was all over the place i can't post the video cause it doesn't allow me to. The front desk clerk changed the room which was a little better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the breakfast chef who cared about providing good food choices.
My room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Refrigerator was noisy and clock on microwave couldn't be corrected but those were minor issues.

When checking in my credit card was a see to pay for two rooms. I reserved them with my card but t my brother was going to pay for his at check in. We told the guy working. He supposedly took it off my card and reran it on my brother’s. The change didn’t show up on my card or my brother’s. A lady corrected it the next morning.
