Staff is great! Love the fresh, warm cookies given at check in. That’s a great touch! My spouse left his toothbrush at home. They had some at the front desk no charge- big save there. Downside- either we had really old pillows in our room or their pillows have no cushion to them. I slept with two pillows and my head went straight to the bottom of the pillow- no support. Made for a rough night of sleep. Bring your own pillows if need be. Overall, wonderful stay though. Thank you!

Hotel was in good condition. Shower was a little dirty. However the internet was down for my entire time and restaurant didn’t answer phone for room deliveries but the place was nice.

TV did not turn on. Got it fixed but then would not turn off except by using sleep feature, took 30 min to turn off. Next morning would not turn on again.

We encountered some problems, but the staff was responsive. We didn't have hot water, and we were moved quickly. The toilet in the new room ran constantly, no matter how much handle-jiggling we did. Nonetheless, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for the minor inconveniences. I guess the only other thing I would mention is that we were told to scan a QR code to pay for parking. Yeah, no. I asked for the fee to be put on the room bill and they gave me a hang tag. Again, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff.

The change that I paid extra for was not complete when we arrived. Had to have the hotel’s manager make the change for us.

I liked everything. However, the shower water was not hot enough. The water pressure in the shower was wayyyyy too low. The carpet should've been cleaned. There was also, mold and holes at the bottom line of the tile in the bathroom. With thus opening it causes mold to occur which is unhealthy.
