I was charged two days in a row for the same room. I have to wait 10 business days to get my money back. It's ridiculous.

The desk lady Katy was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed us to check in early and told us about the surrounding area, since we are from out of town.

This property and employes are stellar.
We had a problem with noise from the next rooms and in the hallway from 1010PM TP 4PM
I DID CALL DOWNSTAIRS AND THE LOUDEST OFFENDERS STOPPED, But inconsiderate guests still slammed doors and talked loudly

All was good except shower had no hot water (just warm after 15 minutes of running). Small quibble. Room was clean and quiet. Very restful.
