2. 酒店所处位置适中，开车到赖茨威尔海滩仅需10钟，到威尔明顿市中心也才15分钟，非常方便；
3. 房型及卫生都不错，特别适合家庭度假；
4. 各项服务也比较好。
干净，服务态度好
Dave & Busters 和购物区都在步行距离内。前台的 Forrest 服务热情周到，非常乐于助人。早餐工作人员 Sylvia 非常棒，她把所有食物都准备好，确保每个人都能享用到热腾腾的美味。太棒了！
酒店位置优越，靠近购物场所和餐厅，房间里没有保险箱，我必须清洁空调过滤器，然而，后来我发现更糟糕的是，所有房间都允许携带宠物，没有例外，我喜欢动物，但是，我们有一个对动物过敏的婴儿，所以我们要求一间禁止携带宠物的房间，却被告知有这样的房间！
入住梅菲尔霍姆沃德套房酒店 (Mayfaire Homeward Suites) 总是能带来绝佳的体验。工作人员热情友好，套房干净整洁。我们每次入住都很愉快。
要求后却订错了房间
我特意要求一间有两张大床的房间，结果却给了我一间有一张特大床的房间。虽然我很感激所谓的“升级”，但这根本不是我想要的。前台工作人员很快就解决了这个问题，并提供了我要求的房型。
前台小姐正在吃饭。早班男服务员正在睡觉。没有咖啡。工作人员似乎只是在占地方。男厕所很堵。我们很喜欢这家酒店，但这次的体验很糟糕。标准很遗憾地下降了
需要翻新和改善服务
这家酒店确实快要需要翻新了。床非常硬，不舒服。早餐鸡蛋明显是人工做的，放在蒸锅里，湿漉漉的，让人倒胃口大开。淋浴几乎没有水压，洗澡既费劲又费时间。尽管我们两次要求客房服务，但房间始终没有打扫。泳池区域也比照片上看起来小得多。
这家酒店位于梅菲尔区，环境优美。附近有很多好玩的地方，而且靠近赖茨维尔海滩。酒店庭院维护得很好。室内气味清新，没有异味。房间不错，但可以更干净一些。洗碗机里和抽屉里都放着一些没洗干净的碗碟。浴室的浴帘很脏。我不得不打电话给前台让他们换掉。浴室的地板除了门后，其他都打扫干净了。看起来那个区域很久没拖了。床很舒服。房间布局宽敞舒适。
位置很棒。可惜空调坏了，房间里有股难闻的气味。公平地说，工作人员确实给我们安排了另一个房间。由于不方便，我选择不换房间，而且我们一天大部分时间都在外面。
