We have had great experiences at other doubletree hotels, but this one was just barely OK. Musty smelling room, loud clanky air conditioning unit, fogged up windows the entire time, and unfriendly front desk staff made me wonder why we were paying over $300/night.

Check In was great! Front Desk Agent was friendly and sent a text to make sure I didn’t need anything. Hotel was modern and clean and room was spacious although the tub needed minor repainting. Unfortunately, I had an emergency the next morning and called down to request 30 minutes additional to check out. As a hilton honors member who has traveled all over the US and Internationally, it was disappointing that I could not even have a 15 minute grace period without being charged $50. I explained it was an unexpected delay and was still denied. Checkout was at 11:00am on a Sunday. I requested until 11:30am and was told no. It is unlikely that I will stay at a Hilton again because of this inability to provide customer service. The hotel was not sold out and there were rooms available for that evening so it is not as if they could not have accommodated. Many years ago I worked at a five diamond rated Hilton property where guest service was paramount. This went against this very concept.

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty spacious and very comfortable. The gym is well equipped too.

被分配到二楼,妻子是残疾人,一楼没有房间。这才成为一个问题,因为我们到达时两部电梯都坏了/无法使用。当时雨下得很大。只能通过远离登记入住区的室外加长入口进入二楼。我们浑身湿透,因为雨下了很长时间,电梯也坏了好几个小时。我妻子最近做了全膝关节置换手术,所以我选择了这家酒店,因为它得到了 ******* 的认可,而且是一家希尔顿酒店。房间很脏,当需要客房服务时,我提前给了小费,试图做正确的事情。结果发现垃圾没倒,厕所没有打扫,房间里还剩下补充肥皂。
