Room was clean, complimentary breakfast was good, enjoyed having daily afternoon cookies, enjoyed use of a hot tub, and liked having close access to the greenway.

However, lighting in hotel room bathroom was not the best (way too dim) and front desk staff never acknowledged us whenever we came in through the main entrance.

enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay while attending the Hippie Fest in Logan.

Breakfast crew was a joy and super helpful and attentive! Loved the fruited water available daily!

Poor Service at the front desk

The woman at the front desk was very rude and then decided to apologize after business cards were grabbed to speak to someone later on. When asked if they had name tags she said no and you won't find my name on those cards either. When she asked about the floor preference it was stated that it didn't matter as long as it's what we asked for. We were then placed in a room that was not a suite so we asked to be placed in the correct room and then had to wait an hour. The only good thing was the lady who cooks the food gave us such a different view on the hotel with her great personality! The people who man the front desk need work!

Mom’s orientation trip!

Came with two other moms for OU orientation. Room was very clean and spacious! Perfect for the three of us! Staff was very friendly! Have already booked for our next stay!
