We paid for 4 nights and did not get room service. The hotel policy was for room service every other day, but we had zero service and the price of the hotel was almost double as other hotels in the area.

When we arrived at the hotel they were overbooked even though the room we reserved was prepaid and non refundable. We had to scramble to secure a room elsewhere which was more expensive. The staff at the hotel was no help, they didn't even bother to call to tell us that we would not have a room before we got there. They claimed that they did not have access to our contact information even though she later said she needed to log into the ******* portal. Sounds like no one took the extra step to try to help us and let us know ahead of time. I would not recommend this hotel

酒店回复: I do apologize for the negative experience that you encountered at our hotel. I can ensure you that we did everything within our power to make sure that you were accommodated. We even had a suite on hold that we were going to pay for at one of our sister hotels, which you declined. I took extra effort to get in touch with ******* and into the partner central to gain access to your contact information. This is why I would always advise guests to book directly to avoid situations such as these. The virtual card that came through from the 3rd party booking site was no good and would not clear for the amount of your stay. This is why your reservation was cancelled. I do apologize for the inconveniences that you faced in our town. I can assure you that this is not our standard and we did go above and beyond to try to make sure you were taken care of. Please believe us when we say that we are sincerely apologetic.

那天是我女儿的生日,我们和她的朋友在泳池游泳,结果发现热水浴缸里有五六个大人喝酒。他们又吵又闹,让人很不舒服。我们去前台反映情况,他们说会来催他们离开,因为楼下不准喝酒,但什么也没发生。我非常生气,我付了一大笔钱住这间房,却因为这件事没能享受泳池和热水浴缸。
浴室很脏,酒店费用比我们旅途中预订的其他汉普顿酒店高出 40 美元。
