What made our trip was the chef at the restaurant. He talked to us and even told me how to make his Mexican rice which was the best we have ever had.
Facility okay - room was messy with balloons when we got to it. We cleaned them up and disinfected with Lysol.

A Overlook Hotel-like experience (e.g., expansive with virtually no other guests, lack of upkeep, eerie sounds and smells, terrifyingly jarring elevator, phone not connected, bathtub wouldn't drain), definitely an early 90's vibe. We usually had to wait between 15 and 25 minutes for water to get hot. Breakfast (no longer included after 10/1) was scant. Staff were all kind and helpful.

这次入住体验简直糟糕透顶，方方面面都令人失望。前台服务态度极其恶劣，更是雪上加霜，让我对这家酒店本身的诸多问题都感到无比失望。
家具上有划痕，5号电梯的控制面板脱落了，按下按钮后指示灯也不亮。我感觉这电梯应该已经停用了，但我们却在里面。
