Great experience. The staff were so helpful and friendly, food was good, and it was decorated really nice!

The hotel smelled awful as soon as you walked it- my husband thought mild, i thought dead rodents. Tried to overcompensate with floral scent diffuser. The pool was closed, it wasnt on the website. She told us to go to the partner facility 12 min away.. my family packed up our pool things, drove there only to find out theirs was closed and they had no idea ppl were being sent to them without calling. Moved the window curtains at night and a dead large but fell… so shows me staff may just be cleaning around items as is. Large Trash bags sitting on the floor next to trash.. not picked up. We only choice this hotel bc of the pool- it was more$ and farther from the campus, but we selected it due to the pool.

Hotel was Vons. Room a bit outdated. Bathrooms could use a touch of rehab. Breakfast was great. Huge variety.

Loved the clean room and that it was pet friendly. Our room was right by an exit making it convenient with letting our dogs out. Loved the full size fridge and little stove

I booked this hotel specifically because we were looking for one with an indoor hot tub. When we arrived, I found out that the hot tub and pool are under maintenance and will not be open until January of next year. Unfortunately, nowhere in *******, did it say that so had I known that I would not have booked this hotel? It was hugely disappointing to use my reward points for something that I honestly did not want.

房间和大堂都没有卫生纸。所以，一开始就很糟糕。然后房间钥匙打不开泳池门，最后我们被告知泳池因为化学物质问题无法使用。为什么没有人通知前台？这家酒店泳池维护一向不怎么样。
我不会再浪费时间和金钱了。早餐里的火腿漂浮在水面上，早餐玉米饼和早餐一点关系都没有。“酥脆”的土豆球湿透了，根本吃不下去。如果你不会做饭，那就买个好用的烤面包机吧。牛奶永远都不能放在开封的容器里。咖啡一直都很好喝，直到用完为止。我很奇怪，一家客满的酒店怎么会懒得吃早餐呢？根本谈不上好喝。
淋浴恒温器坏了！水从温热变成了滚烫。

我对此很不满意，我正在考虑离开希尔顿。我一年四季都住在希尔顿出差……一直住。这次入住在入住前一周发生了冲突，我打电话要求取消——甚至联系了经理梅丽莎。没有人愿意帮我取消……所以我希望希尔顿能乐意为了458美元失去一位年收入数千美元的客户。
我们选择这家酒店的原因之一是孩子们的游泳池。我们到达时，他们告诉我们游泳池已经关闭了，但我们可以使用他们姐妹酒店所在的城镇另一边的游泳池，但是那里没有换衣服的地方，也没有毛巾可以擦干。
我们入住时，桌上有一张纸，没人提醒我，但我碰巧注意到了，上面写着第二天早上8点要停水！这是计划停水，我们到达之前没有人通知我们。酒店工作人员说，他们没有我们的联系方式，因为我们是通过*******预订的，但我们在前一天才收到酒店的邮件，提醒我们这次旅行。酒店不提供瓶装水，所以我们不得不在附近的Aldi超市买一些。
我们走到电梯口时，一楼弥漫着烟味，我们套房里的一间房间也散发着霉味。从一间卧室的窗户望出去，正好看到一个装有卫星天线的阳台，阳台上方还有入口，所以我们能听到楼下有人说话的声音。不知道为什么酒店根本没客满，他们把我们安排在那里。
话说回来，早餐真的很棒。选择丰富，每个人都能找到自己喜欢的，服务员也非常热情友好。
员工很友好。酒店总体来说很干净，房间很干净，但有股霉味，不知道是不是空调的缘故，但味道很难闻。
