Key cards were not ready at check in. We waited in our room 7 hours waiting on them before we could leave to do stuff. Breakfast was subpar and pool water & hot tub cold.

The hotel couldn't make keys for anyone. Their system was down. So there was a huge line. There was only one employee and she had to walk you to your room and let you in. You had to have them let you in your room every time. That's everyone who stayed there. Very inconvenient

Key card machine wasn’t working. Had to be walked to your room. Cashier was rude to customers that were actually being very kind about the whole situation. Some people had been waiting an hour to get checked in.

Room was wonderful. Bed very comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was good with lots of variety but omelette, sausage and potatoes were only lukewarm. Staff very friendly.

The best thing about the stay was the staff. We were a group of 19 and we used the common area near the lobby quite a bit. We made several special requests of the staff and they were always courteous and accommodating. The bed and particularly the bed linens were sub par.
家庭套房，可以煮点东西，早餐也很丰盛，每次出差都住这边；停车也方便，我经常将车停在自己房窗前，周围也有超市。
按摩浴缸坏了。房间有霉味，也不是很干净。不过那里很安静，早餐也还不错。
厨房用具需要更新，才能正常烹饪。
部分室内装潢需要翻新。
有好几天，清洁阿姨敲门问我们是否需要清洁服务。
如果我们不需要，难道不应该在门上挂个牌子吗？
反正房间是隔天打扫一次（铺床、换床单、毛巾、倒垃圾、换毛巾）。
自助早餐种类丰富，很不错。
停车位充足。
前台工作人员很热情。
