My husband hurt himself before we left Illinois. When we checked in he was on crutches and I’m disabled and can’t walk far. The lady at check-in gave us a VERY close room. What a relief. It was also handicap accessible so it was easier for him to get in and out of the shower. The shower was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.. and everything was clean. The refrigerator was dirty though. But not as important to me..
🏨房间整洁明亮，床品柔软舒适，睡感超赞😴。窗帘遮光效果好，清晨也不易被阳光打扰🌞。服务员态度亲切，响应及时，让人感觉宾至如归😊。整体环境安静温馨，适合休息放松🌙。下次入住还会选择这里👍。
超级失望
这次住宿体验糟透了！那家伙粗鲁又懒惰，而且根本不想做他的工作。我们订了两个不同的房间，电视都坏了。第一个房间的侧门钥匙坏了，我们开车进去不用绕着整栋楼走，房间里的电视也坏了。那家伙告诉我们必须修好它，可是不行，伙计，现在凌晨1点半，我们只想睡觉！第二个房间，钥匙管用，太棒了……但是没有电视，该死。当时就受够了！再也不来了！因为家里停电了，我们需要找个地方安顿睡眠机器。这家伙简直太粗鲁了。
我提前预订了两间特大床房，结果入住时发现只有一间是特大床房，另一间是两张大床房！提前付款却没得到想要的东西，真是太让人恼火了！这家汉普顿酒店失去了我这个客户，我以后再也不会预订他们的服务了！而且他们也不肯退款，因为我已经试过了！
唯一的问题是凌晨3点员工触发了火警警报。没有人打电话告知一切正常，也没有人解释是烤箱出了问题。但总体来说，酒店还不错。
这是我住过最糟糕的一次。我们在房间里打死了3只蜘蛛（棕色隐士蜘蛛），这对我们和儿子来说太危险了。而且我们房间的空调坏了，我们整晚都在流汗。太糟糕了，再也不来了。
早餐太棒了！华夫饼、鸡蛋等等，应有尽有。工作人员很友好，我去看看。房间有点热，因为我听说外面比较冷。我们的房门卡住了，我们不得不用力撞门才能开门。
房子很干净，看起来焕然一新。办理入住的人非常热情友好。
我还会再住这里。
