I've passed this along to our maintenance manager so that we can look more into this. I really hope that you guys give us another chance when your travels bring you back to the area.

We did offer to move you rooms after you said the bed was uncomfortable to which we never got a response. We were unaware of the other issues in the room until just now, when you left this review. I wish that we would've been made aware before you left so that we could've made this right with you as you were here for two nights.I'm unsure as to why you thought the room would've had bed bugs, but I assure you that the cleanliness of our rooms is top priority to our team.Again I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the stay and we hope that you give us another chance in the future to make it right.
