The draw for me was the pool and hot tub. Well the Hot tub is out of service with a tarp on it and the pool is cold and stained making it unappealing. The staff was great and the room was nice.

We noticed a decrease in the quality, and quantity of housekeeping services. Everyone was friendly of course, however, upon checking out I did mention it to the front desk.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing and very welcoming. Room was great bathroom needed shower wiped down all it took was water to get it clean. Went to breakfast about 830 and almost everything was empty. Overall was a good stay and we will comeback here again if needed!

We were in Chickasha for a sports tournament & decided to book a room to stay. I picked the hotel based on having an indoor pool & hot tub. We checked in, no prob. The room was clean & tidy. Tiffany at check in was super friendly. We went to look at the pool & it was disgusting. Looks filthy but it’s bc the concrete is very chipped & in need of repair. The hot tub was covered with a tarp & yellow cones surrounded it. We decided not to check out. We booked through ******* so we could not get a refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and was really great. The hotel was full the night I stayed and it was so quiet! The room was clean and so nice. I will definitely stay again!

the room was excellent. I enjoyed the extra large TV. The bed was just the right firmness and teh room was very quiet.
