The breakfast was good, the juice machine didn't have any juice just water, in the room the dispenser of conditioner was totally empty so we have to request one container full, and it was a room for 6 guests they just left 3 towels, no bed clothes for the sofabed, they were kind and give all of we request for de room and also apple.juice for the breakfast. I think we are coming back soon, but I appreciate if the team put more attention in this little but important things. Thank you.

In staircase wires exposed and duct tape over areas where I’m sure exposed wires were. Breakfast average, staff was very nice.

My room was not cleaned as promised. Cleaning every other day. So trash and food from various services were left in my room. It was decided by Hotel management that since I was leaving the next day it was not necessary to remove trash and garbage from my room. So I had to reside there with the rancid odor in my room.
Also someone from the Hotel BREACHED the SECURITY of my room. When I returned to my room the evening before leaving, I discovered my door was left ajar by the deadbolt and left open. I reported this to the Hotel staff and management and nothing was done about it.
I also reported the incident to Marriott customer service supervisor and was told there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation and Kate the Supervisor said “We’re not in the business to lose money”
Neither Shane the Hotel Manager or Kate the Customer Service Supervisor ask me or my wife how we were feeling and if we were ok.
Lack of HUMANITY from that establishment

We were greeted and placed in rooms immediately. We noticed the ac wasn’t working right so we were placed in a diff room quickly. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had at any other hotel that was complimentary. Beds were comfy. Pool was easily accessible compared to other hotels we have been to as well.

我们到达时,冰箱里有一个披萨盒。水槽没有排水,我们甚至没有考虑坐在沙发上。狭窄的浴室非常难以通行,淋浴水龙头安装错误,所以热的一边冷,冷的一边热。门上的锁坏了,所以我们离开时不得不费很大力气才能把门闩插回去关上门。床很好,很舒服,但我们绝对不会再住在这里了。
办理入住非常方便,房间也非常舒适。电梯坏了,我们住在二楼的房间。他们确实让我们把行李箱直接送到了楼上,这样我们就不用自己搬了。第一个房间的马桶漏水(地板湿滑),通知了维修人员,搬到了另一个房间,又打开了行李,住了 5 晚,洗了澡,水却排不出去!维修人员试过了,但需要专业人员。不得不重新打包,搬到第三个房间!管道很好。房间非常舒适。我们去的时候正值寒流,早餐区非常冷。我们本想把食物带到房间里,但不想把它搬上楼梯。食物很好,但我们很冷。尽管电梯和管道有问题,我们肯定会再来的。
