I was impressed with the cleanliness and immediate stocking of the breakfast buffet! The 1 lady running that free breakfast was a kind and very clean energizer bunny! That woman had so much energy and really cared about making that the BEST breakfast buffet around!!! She really cleaned (sanitized? with her spray) every table as soon as the people left there. Too, the outside of the building was constantly cleaned. Staff were all great!
What needed to be improved: My electronic door key wouldn't open the door on our second or third day so we had to find someone to use a key to let us in. They tried and tried to reinstall the card with no success. Still. the staff were great and never complained. The only other concern was cameras in the parking lot. We were told by a staff person there were no cameras in the parking lots and in Okmulgee, that was a problem to me.

Breakfast is extremely important to me and this hotel has the worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten the person who was to be stocking the food was never keeping the food supplied poor service

Tv remote was missing from the room so I could not watch tv. There was hair all in the bathroom walls and floor that was not mine

Staff was very friendly! Rooms were very clean.
The only issue we had was the A/C. It stayed very muggy and warm in our room. We told the front desk but nothing was done about it!
But over all we had a great stay!

Online booking was simple and easy.
Checking in at the front was very pleasant.
Bath towels were missing but, promptly provided by the front.

I didn't want to leave
It was a little ruff starting our due a miscommunication but once that was cleared up everything was fine and the staff was very helpful and understanding of my situation

不太干净。浴室里的皂盒坏了，卫生纸架也坏了，前一位房客留下的旧毛巾也坏了，浴帘也破了，床单也破了……看起来非常疏忽。这些都很容易修好。

入住体验很棒，早餐也很棒！如果以后再来奥克马尔吉，我还会再次入住，如果以后有机会来奥克马尔吉市，我也会邀请其他人也来入住。
房间里没有保险箱，前台办公室没有办法存放贵重物品
