The staff here were excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area to sing at the Ponca City Gospel Jubilee. Thank You!

One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. Upon arrival we were told the pool has not been available for a long time.

My only (minor) complaint was that there wasn't hot water in my shower. It would get warm-ish, but never hot.

This Fairfield Inn in Ponca City came through for us at the last minute amidst wildfires, evacuations, and a severe wind/dust storm in northern Oklahoma on March 14, 2025. We had just experienced a punctured tire on our rental vehicle as we detoured around an I-35 South closure due to a severe accident. The staff was quite bombarded with last-minute reservations from traffic and fire evacuations, but they were extremely calm and helpful with local food and transport services and recommendations. The hotel offered everything we needed. We sure appreciate it.

The shower leaked , and the elevator floors were peeling off. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was either empty or cold every morning we were there.
