Booked this hotel to bring our kids swimming, and the pool is under construction. Didn’t say anything of the sort when we booked/paid

We booked this hotel strictly for the pool and hot tub. When we got there, it was under construction. It would’ve been nice knowing this prior to booking as we would’ve chose another hotel. We drove 12 hours to get there with excited children to swim to find out they couldn’t. The cleaning is non existent, we saw house keeping twice. When we checked in and as we were checking out. We were there for 5 days. The breakfast was not worth $10 per person. I would not stay here again.

Paid so much money only to have wasted it and just checked out a day early. Most amenities weren’t even available and was not able to be compensated for a $400 stay. Absolutely never again.

Upon arriving went to close shade and shade fell off window and hit me. Then we changed rooms just to go shower and there was a visible alive roach on the tub towel. Horrible care from staff really disappointed.

Everyone was very helpful and very kind. Clean place. One thing we wish we would have known was the pool was closed and breakfast wasn't free like it said when booking.

The hotel room was good, couch had a stain on the cushion, the pool and hot tub area was closed. This was one of the main reasons we booked the room.

The place was nice and clean. I only stayed for a night of sleep and shower. The only complaint I have is the drain in the tub was clogged. The front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful. I would not have a problem staying there again.

Property was fine but if you use this app you dont get the free continental breakfast really irritated about this apparently thats in the fine print.

All the staff was professional, helpful, friendly They were exceptional. Room was great. Food was great. We will be back.
