My bed had blood on the sheets I had to change and the previous people urinated in the chair in the corner and I had bugs in my room.

The indoor pool was under construction and unable to be used (this is one of the only reasons we booked this hotel and it wasn't noted anywhere in the booking description). There was no hot water at all...none. Could not take a shower. Lady at the front desk was rude upon check-in. She was annoyed and said in a rude tone, "I hope your room is ready because you're early." We arrived at 2:55 and check-in was at 3.

The room was perfect! What really stood out to me was the staff, in particular Natasha at the front desk was so nice super accommodating to me and my family. We booked here cause of the pool, and it ended up being closed, she helped me find another local hotel that allowed me and my kiddos to swim! She even gave us a breakfast voucher, and free drink! The most accommodating hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot.

The room was clean but we were missing washcloths and cups for coffee.
The room phone did not work and therefore very difficult to contact the front desk. Hotel number went to nationwide reservations.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament for 2 nights. Of the 7 showers taken between 4 people over the the say, the water was lukewarm for all of them.

Clean rooms and common areas. Staff was great and personable. Really nice Hotel! If I am ever in Oaklahoma again, I will definitely be staying there again.

First, I wasn't aware I'd have to pay any kind of deposit after paying all fees. Not that it was a problem, it was just unexpected. Secondly, the main reason I chose this particular hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arriving, I was told they were not accessible due to repairs being made. Huge let down. Thirdly, I chose a room with a seating area. When opening the door, it was hard to ignore the very obvious six inch stain on the love seat that I can only describe as being a result of a particular adult 'activity'. I attempted to just turn the cushion over, but the stain continued to the other side. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again nor recommend to anyone.

Medical trip
The pool and hot tub were closed down. The one amenity we chose this property for. The staff was friendly. We didn't eat breakfast as it was an extra charge.
Overall, we rested well, it was quiet,and we would stay again.
