The room was large and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to the Captain George seafood buffet and the shopping outlet. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute drive. Also, a short drive to Busch Gardens!!

Room was clean and nice. Not many frills, but bed was great, heat or AC was fine. The new style Laminated flooring is nice, but seems to be a little gritty.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Towels were very soft. Pillows were not the normal cheap hotel flimsy pillows. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. You could hear everything - like the walls were paper thin. The bathroom door did not shut. The heating system was very loud but worked great. The 'blackout' curtains ended about 3 feet from the floor so light flowed in. It was okay for a quick stay.

Beware, photos are very deceiving. First issue the room we booked wasn’t available, booked a king ended up in a double queen, ok fine. Get to the room, everything looks ok until we open the refrigerator and there is old food in there. Then we pull the chair out and there is dirty socks in the chair. Go into the bathroom the complimentary toiletries are used and dirty, there hair on the toilet and when we open the shower on

Room was clean but the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and we had no stopper for tub. TV was a challenge to get working and there was a lot of open space that could have used a chair of some sorts.

I luv this hotel as far as the rooms, wich are fresh, crisp look like theryre strate out of an ikea commercial, indoor pool and close to shopping , but all the time i stayed i only saw breakfast one time , and was told differnet things by 2 staff members , one said only on wknds , other said they do continental b fast some days and full breakfast others..i cannot say wich is the case...the staff is mostly incredible but i had 2 bad experiences and am disappointed because i like this hotel so much...a staff member banged on my door at 1pm in afternoon,sayin i was too loud talkin on phone and was disturbing guests ,it was embarrassing and i felt so uncomfortable ...now when u walk down the hall, u hear Tvs, people talking & laughing, playing music etc, this is alll normal , its a hotel, but to telll a good customer that had been good to every staff member , tipped everybody daily etc, that they cant talk on phone have to be quiet cuz u can hear me talking was mind blowing, imagine its 1pm and u feel like u cant even speak because youll get in trouble, smh..so i went n spoke to another staff member , long strory short somebody staying there does tnings that causes them to stay up for days, then gets upset when theyre coming down tryna sleep because u can hear normal human behavior, unreal , i still cannot believe this staff member chose to still come to my door and embarass me like that..my entire 8 day stay was ruined because i was walking on egg shells so be aware

从踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能闻到一股香烟味。其实并不是有人吸烟，只是感觉烟味已经弥漫到了整个酒店。房间很干净，但浴室的浴缸还没打扫。我去前台反映情况，他们很贴心地帮我解决了。
