You booked me into a property that had been closed for renovations for several months. I arrived to check in to find that the property was not open. There were no other rooms available within a reasonable radius of my destination and I ended up sleeping in my car for the night. I am just so thankful that I did not have small children with me. Come on- get communications synced with your booking site and the properties. I am seriously considering never using ******* again. I a sharing with all who ask about my terrible experience with this company.

I checked in via the website the day before we arrived. The next night we roll up after a five hour drive and the hotel was CLOSED. Gee thanks a-holes! Not easy to find anothet hotel on Alabama game weekend at 9:00 pm! And of course, they haven't refunded my money. Stay away!

I drove to this location and the building is being renovated I assume … there were no other hotels available for the Alabama Vandy game … we had to spend over $700 for 2 nights at a run down hotel … I actually received an email confirming my stay … THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS !! … I want a REFUND !!!

Though ingress/egress was a little challenging (prob due to construction?), it was right off the highway, so that was ideal!

The hotel was permanently closed when I arrived. Neither the hotel nor ******* contacted me. I had to rebook with an hotel at 8pm costing me $300 more. Who will reimburse me.

They were closed for renovations and no one contacted us to let us know. We had to find another place to stay. This is definitely unacceptable and we are expecting a full refund.

First off, all the staff was friendly, helpful and doing their best. My problems with this hotel are definitely just from choices of corporate management, that is doing the fastest, cheapest on this place. It was recently bought by Wyndham, the sign is still a tarp. We stayed in the remodeled 3rd floor, and already the refrigerator didnt work and the shower was plumbed backwards so hot was cold and cold was hot. Also the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so all that new remodel will have water damage soon enough. Also, the bed has two side lights and some mood lighting across the headboard, but they all turn on with one light switch on one side of the bed, and you can't flip between the options. A real manager's special.
Also at breakfast the waffle iron was broken and there was no gravy for the Biscuits.

Rooms very clean, always clean bed sheets, towels.
TV/Cable did not work properly, however I did not report it because I used wifi.
Only had breakfast 1 morning out of 4. Due to Jan. 1st, staff said she was off for holiday. We had breakfast thursday. My 3 yr old daughter and I came down for breakfast Friday, no breakfast. Front desk said she was sick and went home. There is a sign posted saying no breakfast served this weekend. No other breakfast options offered.
