Beautiful and comfortable room, which was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Our only issue was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that did not work. The front desk put in an immediate request for maintenance to fix it. Other than that, it was a perfect day.

Clean room could use some new paint on the bathroom ceilings as they were peeling other than that 100 percent excellent. Staff super friendly, easy check in and parking. Will stay again

The place was clean. Staff super nice. But I don’t get the room I reserved. I reserved an executive sweet but got a standard room. Pool was closed Friday and Saturday and that is the only reason I booked that hotel. Disappointed

Located off what looked like a bypass. Easy to find. They do have dining services inside where you can order food; and there are a couple of places to eat close to the hotel. Very clean. Would stay again if ever in the area. Good stopover for our next day in Gettysburg.

Fantastic stay!

Wonderful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was awesome and very clean. Great location. I recommend this hotel. We will be come back when we visit Winchester again.

Unfortunately, after checking out and leaving, I realized I didn't have my jewelry pouch with my jewelry in it. I called the hotel, they looked in lost and found, called me back within hours and didn't find anything. I didn't go any place other than the hotel. So very disappointing, someone made off with some really nice jewelry!
