The staff was fantastic and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was wonderful and the entire area was kept clean and well stocked. The average ranking is due to the odor in the room, similar to old cigarette smoke. Apparently, this property used to allow smoking. The smell lingers, even after spraying the room completely with air freshener. The rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and treated as if they were damaged by a fire, and air cleaners need to be installed. Having reactive airways, I am extremely sensitive to the conditions that existed in our room. The tile in the entryway to our room needed to be cleaned as well as the bathroom floor. The refrigerator was not wiped down and had remnants of orange juice in it.

Hotel was newly renovated and very nice. Everything was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and modern. Plenty of parking, and the hotel was quiet. It was great unwind in the indoor hot tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and in new like condition. The breakfast was fantastic! Real food! The only complaint was the shower which I told the front desk about. It leaked all over the bathroom and the hot water was minimally hot, which was odd since the hot water at the faucet was very hot! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is finishing up some renovations, and the fresh room I was able to get was fantastic. Very clean and being an early sleeper/early riser, I really appreciate the blackout setup on the windows!

We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the staff kindly let us check in around 1:30 PM which was very helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus and since not many people were using them, it felt like a private facility just for us. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality!

位置很棒，交通便利。房间的肮脏让我们很惊讶。折叠沙发床上布满了洗过的血迹和其他污渍，所以无法使用。浴室地板上有一堆头发，纸巾盒是空的，但留在柜台上，泳池区周围散落着用过的创可贴，等等。我亲眼目睹了两名前台员工互相咒骂（起初我以为他们在开玩笑，但当其中一名员工看着我说“那我就不帮你了”（自动售货机吃掉了 1 美元，一名员工正在帮我买）后，我意识到他们是认真的。早餐很好。总的来说，这次体验不是我经常住的连锁酒店的体验。如果我知道我会得到什么，我会尝试该地区的其他酒店。
