The hotel is finishing up some renovations, and the fresh room I was able to get was fantastic. Very clean and being an early sleeper/early riser, I really appreciate the blackout setup on the windows!

We had a great experience. Although the regular check-in time was 3 PM, the staff kindly let us check in around 1:30 PM which was very helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus and since not many people were using them, it felt like a private facility just for us. The location is convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality!

Overall is was a nice place to stay, clean and convenient for visiting family. However, I asked for handicapped assessable for my mom and we ended up on the 3rd floor in the last room at the end of the hallway. A little to far for her to walk. I should have been more specific in our needs.

They are remodeling which is great but outside the door need room 134 theres a red dumpster and on the ground was screws, nails and other unsafe things that didnt make it in the dumpster. Other then that our weekend stays was great

Disappointing but with potential
So we didn’t know we would be arriving while they were renovating, which I know is unavoidable sometimes, but that said, check-in was at 3, so when we arrived at 6, our room should have been ready. It was not and the person who checked us in didn’t even seem to realize how late it was! Then when we finally got our new room, the pullout sofa bed we requested wasn’t made, and instead of sending someone up to deliver bedding or come up and make the bed, they made us come down and get a weird duffel bag full of bedding and make the bed ourselves. Seems like for what we paid for a suite (which was barely bigger than a normal room) we should’ve gotten better service. Also the hot tub was full of little kids so we couldn’t enjoy it. Plus the brand-new breakfast kitchen had a pancake machine that didn’t work, and a brand new table being stabilized with a styrofoam cup? Hopefully they’ll finish improving things soon—beds were comfortable, sound-proofing was good, and there’s a very cute little town nearby.

We do have notices posted on all website along with notices throughout the property at check in. It is recommended that the sofa beds are not premade to ensure quality and cleanliness of the bedding. We have tried many options, but the duffel works the best for easy transport. In the future, if you require the bedding, please note that with the agent and we can make sure its in the room prior to your arrival. Our suites are much larger than our standard rooms, perhaps considering two adjoining rooms in the future may provide more space for you and would have 2 TVs and 2-bathrooms. We are sorry you encountered issues, and we are doing the best we can until we complete our renovation. I am positive that you will find the property TIP TOP on your next visit

位置很棒，交通便利。房间的肮脏让我们很惊讶。折叠沙发床上布满了洗过的血迹和其他污渍，所以无法使用。浴室地板上有一堆头发，纸巾盒是空的，但留在柜台上，泳池区周围散落着用过的创可贴，等等。我亲眼目睹了两名前台员工互相咒骂（起初我以为他们在开玩笑，但当其中一名员工看着我说“那我就不帮你了”（自动售货机吃掉了 1 美元，一名员工正在帮我买）后，我意识到他们是认真的。早餐很好。总的来说，这次体验不是我经常住的连锁酒店的体验。如果我知道我会得到什么，我会尝试该地区的其他酒店。
