The staff was so welcoming! It was so nice to have a friendly greeting after driving so far! The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The location was good for going out for dinner in an unfamiliar area and being able to get in and out of the parking lot easily. I felt very safe.

2 ladies at the front desk were great while the over-night man was ok at best. No restaurants within sight but looked online and found a great mexican restaurant within a couple of miles. We could park very close to the door and felt safe since there was little around close. Room was fine and sleep was good and quiet.

Difficult to locate. Property and room immaculate. Checkin a litt to chipper after being on road all day. Shower leverl difficult to pull up. Missed having breakfast available. Was advised of to go coffee.

Cute and Clean!
The entire place was clean, from the front door to the rooms. I was just passing through with my dog, and next time I am passing through, I will be staying there again!

Great room
We were very happy with this hotel. We drive back and forth to New England from FL twice a year. We’ve stayed here each year for the past 2 years and have been very satisfied.

The room and cleanliness were good. The only thing was that there was no bedding for the suite’s pullout sofa. The front desk did quickly give me the bedding when asked for.

Sweet stay
Check in staff was awesome! Quick and convenient to lots of different restaurants and shopping is abundant. Bed was insanely comfortable and the pillows were great since most of hotels have cheap flimsy ones. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Only complaint about the stay is the shower heads themselves needs a deep clean since they had lots of calcium build up. If you need to stay in the area lay all I’d recommend this hotel and their rooms with the kitchen and such in them because you have a full size refrigerator, full size microwave, small stove top, plenty of cabinet storage, etc. Also pretty cheap in their fees. $25 per night per pet and only a $10 incidental hold. Other hotels are charging $75 per pet and $50 hold.

Your front desk person was excellent. When we mentioned the smelling issue he looked and saw there were no other rooms available. He quickly went in the back and came back with a spray and a room deodorizer. That fixed the problem. Later that night I asked where the ice machine was. He said it was broken. He said he had some bagged ice in the back he gave me what I needed and all was well. Sorry I don’t remember his name. He deserves a bonus or a little recognition for all he had to put up with that night. We appreciated his service. I traveled a lot for work over 25 years so I can appreciate a check-in person/ manager who does a great job.
