Room was in good condition and the staff was courteous. We specifically selected a room with a pullout sofa to accommodate all our guests. When we opened the pull out, the mattress was unusable (nothing but springs left, no padding) and had crumbs and fruit snacks on it. There was also no bedding or pillows for the pullout. Our very tall guest ended up having to sleep curled up on the sofa.

Property was very clean, in a safe location and close to the interstate. This is a pet friendly apartment, which comes along with a residual smell in the room. Laundry is "free", however most of the machines do not work. Be cautious if you need to wash/dry laundry. I was told there is a very nice laundry mat close by that is customer service friendly. There are many local restaurants, chain restaurants and a Starbucks close to the hotel. The staff was very polite but can be a little inflexible with check in/out times (however it is "leaf" season). If you're looking for a gym or pool, this isn't the place as there are none on the property. There is a local Mexican bakery across the street that just opened, which is very unique and pleasing to the eye. Smoking of any kind was kept away from the hotel, and no smell of any type of smoking during my stay. Overall, the town was very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to the interstate. Would recommend again if you're in need a clean and safe place to stay and would be okay with pets and no workout equipment.

No available parking. Had to park in a no parking space. Carpet smelled bad. Checked in late from a 10 hour drive. Advised front desk at checkout. Looked like there were no available rooms to change too.

Front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. He would be the reason that we never stay here again. Room was not clean. This was extremely disappointing. Had they not already charged the card, we would have found an alternative option.

The staff was so welcoming! It was so nice to have a friendly greeting after driving so far! The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The location was good for going out for dinner in an unfamiliar area and being able to get in and out of the parking lot easily. I felt very safe.

2 ladies at the front desk were great while the over-night man was ok at best. No restaurants within sight but looked online and found a great mexican restaurant within a couple of miles. We could park very close to the door and felt safe since there was little around close. Room was fine and sleep was good and quiet.

Difficult to locate. Property and room immaculate. Checkin a litt to chipper after being on road all day. Shower leverl difficult to pull up. Missed having breakfast available. Was advised of to go coffee.
