Beautiful hotel with some issues
The lobby and the gym were lovely. The staff at front desk were not so knowledgeable. They almost charged us for WiFi after saying it was free as well as breakfast which we paid for upon booking. The pillows were too soft and my neck was aching for the entire 3 day stay.

The hotel is close to medical facilities. Other than the roundabouts in Carmel and the traffic, the hotel location is excellent.

The Renaissance Hotel provided us with excellent accommodations (clean, well-stocked room) and service (every interaction with the staff-front desk, bartender, housekeeping- was friendly, helpful, professional). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff and great hotel to stay. I would say, those who gave it below 5 are biased. My family loved it. Very polite and friendly people and clean and nice ambiance.
