Staff was courteous and responsive to our requests. Room was clean. Bed could have been a little better but I think they are updating.

Outdated - needs new carpeting, flooring throughout. Bathrooms are very outdated for a hotel especially in Carmel. They over booked and were understaffed. They had tons of young sports teams that took up the breakfast area the entire time and the food worker could not keep up with food or coffee.

The breakfast was terrible. Poor quality. The room was somewhat clean. It could have been better. Tub/shower needs updating. The biggest reason for the low rating is because we were with 5 other couples for the weekend. One of the couples was turned away (we all had booked 2 months ago) because they said they overbooked. This is unacceptable. Period. We were all in the lobby because we had ordered pizza for our large group. After they were sent across the street to another hotel, we witnessed 4 other people come in and get checked into their room. This is just ridiculous. We will never stay there again.

I had paid for and booked to stay in this particular hotel and had a receipt of that to prove. Once I checked into the hotel. They told me they had no reservation for me and sent me across the parking lot to a sister hotel. I’m guessing the residence in to which I was not wanting to stay there. No explanation no I’m sorry no anything.

Clean room. Wonderful and friendly staff. Self parking was a big plus! Beautiful area. Easily accessible to restaurants and dining. Would definitely book again!
价格贵一点，但相比其他美国有虫子的酒店，这才像国内的正常水平商务酒店。
中等酒店，房间没有水，也没有人送水，问前台要水后会有，但是一瓶二瓶他们好像也不是特别搞的清，不知道怎么计算的
这家酒店的员工非常友好热情。但是房间状况很差。浴缸中间凹陷，而且生锈了，水排不出去。吊扇上积了一层厚厚的黑色污垢，像是从来没清洗过。
