The room wasn’t the best. The stovetop wasn’t working so we couldn’t cook any food that way. The toilet seat was busted and the drawer was broken.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean, quiet,comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

The whole staff are so nice and friendly!They go out of there way to help you and make sure your stay is perfect!Great happy hour at 530 pm to 730 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesday hosted by Chasity she is amazing host and person had whole room enjoying themselves!

There was evening hot dogs and chili available and breakfast was nice also. The ceiling in room had signed of water stains. The room was clean and staff was nice.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. We will be back for sure! I will Say that there was a swim meet going on and that group stayed at the hotel and there was absolutely no supervision on the kids. Not the kids fault at all but the parents did not supervise. I felt terrible for the staff to have to deal with the chaos that went on.
这家酒店是我到Elkhart必选的酒店,从第一次入住至今已超过10年了，酒店门口两颗及胸的小松树已超过了二楼的天花。最初惊艳于酒店齐全的房内厨具，还有丰富的早餐选择（但是近两年早餐似乎没有以前好了）。酒店的卫生及服务长期来保持的不错,房间近年也做了一些小装修，感觉在保持服务素质上还是很重视的。
酒店有一种房型很好，是2 bedroom型，非常适合团队人员出差，客厅可以开会和会客。
服务和地理位置都超棒！！非常干净。
