This is my 3rd time staying here in 5 years. Never have had 1 issue. They have remodeled several times since my first visit. Will definitely use this hotel again.
前台很友好，但总的来说，还是有一些小问题让人很烦。电视有缓冲和卡顿的问题。房间电话要么坏了，要么断线了。淋浴喷头太松，打开时会喷到侧面。早餐很一般。
前台人员批准了我们延迟退房的请求。第二天，我们接到电话，询问为什么我们没有在延迟退房前三小时离开。他们确实多给了我们一小时，这影响了我们的计划。
在我们入住的四晚里，客房服务只打扫过一次房间。那一次他们没有提供全面的服务。他们留下了一张床没有整理。我们离开的时候，两个垃圾桶都堆满了东西。
总的来说，这不是我们预期的体验。
对于这样一家新酒店来说，真是个坏消息。电视收不到基本频道——前台工作人员说正在“修！”
浴室水槽排水不畅，冰箱坏了，床边的夜读灯也坏了，床垫在福米卡平台上滑动，弄伤了我的小腿，恒温器需要校准，烟雾报警器也需要校准。
床头灯一直闪烁，像针形灯一样。
我遇到紧急情况，通知了酒店我无法入住。根据政策，我无论如何都要付费，所以我取消了之后的预定住宿。否则无法评分
泳池空无一人。我们本来期待着和家人一起游泳。除此之外，这家酒店还不错。
