5/5 Had a very pleasant stay and employees were very nice you absolutely recommend. Loved the breakfast and that they had a chocolate bar at nigth.

The Marriott name suggests certain standards in hospitality, cleanliness and safety. This hotel flat out failed! Upon check in I found mold in the bathroom; no big deal. Things happen. The last night of our stay, 15-20 kids were running up and down the hall in the floor above us. I messaged the front desk for it to be solved. The noise continued for another 20 minutes so I went upstairs. There were hockey sticks all over the hallway with kids running amok. Told them to stop and get mom and dad. Then I went downstairs to the front desk. She was supper busy with her personal phone. Told me she went upstairs and talked to them—no way as the noise did not cease even temporarily. During this in looking at the ceiling, I noticed the smoke detector was removed. The next day in picking up before leaving there was quite a bit of trash left u see the sink from a previous guest. If they missed this what else did they miss, made me wonder if we’d been sleeping in clean sheets. Does the staff cater to traveling sports teams because of the revenue while ignoring other guests?

Loved the overall experience first time in this hotel stay there for 5 nights . Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was very good . I asked for no housekeeping and every time I needed something they accommodated me. The hot chocolate station was a very nice touch. Would recommend!

Poor cable. Plugs in bedroom did not work. Drawers in bedroom kept opening on its own. Indoor pool water was cold but inside the area was very warm.

首先，也是非常重要的一点，我遇到的前台工作人员非常友好专业。可惜的是，我觉得他们没有提供任何改进酒店所需的条件。我选择这家酒店是因为地理位置优越、游泳池充足，而且房间配有折叠沙发。带孩子旅行的话，这些都很重要。我们入住了酒店，但没有入住——我们搬到了隔壁的万怡酒店。1）我们带着孩子旅行，想找一间带游泳池的酒店。到达酒店后，我偶然发现窗户上印有游泳池已关闭的标志。我询问前台，他们说游泳池无法使用，正在等待零件维修——可能需要一两周时间。酒店如果能提前通知入住的客人游泳池无法使用就好了。2）房间里的沙发床不是传统的折叠式沙发床。座椅可以向外翻转，变成一个非常靠近地面的平台。房间里没有床垫或额外的床单。我去前台问了一下，他们说如果我们需要的话，可以拿沙发床的垫子和床单……垫子？？我根本无法想象它会舒服——虽然我根本没见过他们说的垫子。3）房间里的电视坏了——所有频道都加载不出来。我去前台问了一下，他们说客人退房时，电视会自动停止工作，酒店代表必须去每个房间重新设置电视才能恢复正常。这次入住实在是问题太多了，所以我们决定换到万怡酒店。
这家酒店拥有您享受宁静住宿所需的一切。来自设备齐全的厨房。早餐 泳池 房间非常宽敞，清洁人员非常谦虚。他们尊重您并为您提供所需的一切帮助。 如果我在该地区，我肯定会回来。

这个地方真的很破旧，房间需要改进。房间里有一台冰箱，但噪音很大。屋顶有水泡。看到瓷砖已经破损。卫生间也很小
