Customer service is excellent. They save me breakfast everyday due to my newborn baby situation. And everyone is so friendly.
The reason for 4 stars review rating is that (1) they don't have a safe in the room, so can't store valuables/passport in the safe; (2) the room is quite dark, not enough natural light and the lightings in the room is quite dim light, and the layout prevent more natural light to comes in, so it makes the room quite dark even during the daytime.
