I have stayed at this property several times over the past few years, not sure if they have changed owners or management companies, but the stay this time was disappointing.

It does appear they have done a refresh on some items however the rooms need more attention. Specifically the beds. The bed in my room literally had a creator in it, about the size of a watermelon. Certainly time for the mattress to be replaced. Also, beside the bed there was gum in the carpet. The hotel also has that old stale hotel smell, not fresh or pleasant.

They now charge $10 for parking, which for the area of the hotel is odd. The employee who checked me in was nice and friendly. However the employee at the front desk in the morning, was preoccupied with his cell phone, he did not even look up or acknowledge me.

I hope they can get it together.

A Pleasant Experience

It was a wonderful experience, with plenty of things to do from shopping and dining in the area to exploring local attractions and we enjoyed comfortable nights throughout our stay.

Gross.

We were there for 2 nights. There was a large clump of hair in the elevator for the duration of our stay. Additionally, the floors were dirty and sticky. The lobby bathroom floor stayed wet and there was no toilet paper or paper towels stocked from Friday- Sunday despite the front desk politely being made aware.

The mattresses felt like camp mattresses. I could feel the springs in the bed and so could everyone else in the family. I’m glad we only stayed one day. My boys were going to sleep on the trundle and couch. The mattress had stains all over it and there was tons of crumbs, candy and even a freeze pop that still had liquid in it. The hotel looks classy, the need to clean and get new mattresses.

Great room

The room was very clean and comfortable. I slept comfortably on the bed. The room needs more channels for the tv. Was unable to watch sports. Overall, I would definitely go back.
