This place is in bad shape. It’s falling apart and dirty. The food was terrible too. I would not recommend stay here at all.

A very nice hotel
A very nice and quiet location for this hotel with a comfortable and spacious room. The kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful as was one of the behind-the-desk staff. Other staff didn't acknowledge us when we came and went. This hotel had everything we were looking for in our stay in Fort Wayne.

The Worst Residence Inn
We have been coming to this hotel every year for at least 10 years every August.. It has been going down hill for years.. The dirtiness is unacceptable. i only slept here the 1st night! after i saw the amount of mold on the couch i refused to sleep in that room another night! service did the best they could to cover up the cigarette smell.. the amount of mold i saw when i took the cushion off to pull out the bed is beyond disgusting.. It should be ILLEGAL!!! i stayed in room 130 from August 15th to August 17th.. the audacity to charge a pet fee is laughable! stay away from this place.. far nicer hotels around ft wayne with cheaper rates!!! we will never be back!

Everything was Great, ither than the fact that there's not a pool. There used to be a pool at this facility, ive stayed here in previous years.

This property had bed bugs. I was bitten so many times I had to get medical attention. Terrible experience and I will never be back

The bed was awful hard and lumpy. It was suppose to be a king it was a queen.

出差一直入住酒店,设施都没问题，但是离店以后居然多扣了一晚的房费，员工培训还要跟上。这次发现早餐还是很丰富的，比以前提高的很多很多。
