First of all I want to say that my experience with Ms. Fowler was professional and excellent. However, the front desk person during the day was not. Ms Fowler had noted I would be checking in early. I understand rooms may not have been open at the time I first arrived, but 2.5 hours later the lot was pretty empty and I was met with contempt again when even trying to check my bags before going to the game. After the game, Ms Fowler looked puzzled when I told her I was checking in and stated she thought I was checking in earlier. I told her that it didn’t happen and proceeded to tell her our experience. She was very apologetic and said she hoped they could make it up to me. The room I was in #110 must be near a pump or some sort of equipment and that was annoying, but overall the location is very convenient and it was a clean property.
