The shut the water off between 940-1040 that day stating that they called to inform us but the phone rang twice and when I answered the phone was dead. Next thing I know the water was shut off. No coffee in the morning, couldn’t flush the toilet, and biggest of all we couldn’t take a shower. You get a hotel so you a sleep, shower and bath. I was able to sleep but woke up to no water, no coffee, and o no bathroom capabilities for me and my family. I booked through ********** so the hotel says they can only offers me points but I’m not a member. This is really rediculous the way they are offering points to me, I am not a member, but only offing us a place to sleep for full price without offer of refund or reimbursement of any kind. Sad, I like this place but the incompetence of the staff not knowing that their pay checks rely on us renting rooms and coming back?? It’s really missing the mark!

Everything was amazing. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 13th bday and I called in advance to see if they could decorate the room for me, and they decorated the room so nice and left a beautiful note!! 10/10 would recommend

It was easy to locate and traffic was manageable between the site and the conference I was attending. Check in was quick and so was check out. Staff was engaging and both attentive and professional. I will definitely recommend them to others traveling to the area.

Stayed one quick night. We arrived a bit early but were able to check in in order to get ready for an event starting at 4. So grateful. Seemed like a nice place. No complaints

Room was not available until nearly an hour after check-in time, we just had to sit in the parking lot because it was "20 minutes" "just 5 more minutes", etc. Then we found out after complaining that they were waiting on maintenence to fix a tub stopper that we didn't even need so they were lying the whole time about when it would be ready and that they were just finishing up cleaning. The initial 20 minute wait was actually over an hour. We needed to be checked in and leave for a show so that made us late. Then the digital key card didn't work and the room was not nice. They were worried about a tub stopper meanwhile there was a large hole in the bathroom wall! The bedroom doors didn't shut completely and all of the doors had paint drips on them and the handles. There was mold or something on the frame of a picture that was very gross. I don't recommended and would not stay again.

No elevator in the bldg that my room was in. Had to lug the suitcase up the stairs and I am a senior citizen.
Also noisy people around me. Always slamming the doors.
Only went down to the breakfast one time and no bacon.
Found hairs in my supposed to be clean towels. The pillows were not supportive and the mattress was like it was worn out.
In my daughter's room the pull out couch made her back hurt due to the super thin mattress offering no support.
Do not think I will stay at one like this again.
