The property was nice but it needs to be updated. We had a couple of issues with the doors working with our key card but not a big deal. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool seemed to have a film on it and it was a weird green color, maybe from the chemicals??

The key cards wouldn't work to get in the room. After several attempts, the manager was able to finally get the door open.

Bad news
Just ok. Pool was not available. Bathroom lites not working. You did not cancel a reservationI had the night before costing me $171.80. I will not recommend you. I intend to post this on social media and BBB.

对这家费尔菲尔德酒店很失望。房间很脏，床上的枕头扁平。地板上有污渍。浴室的排气扇坏了。早餐很糟糕……感觉他们想偷工减料。如果你想要水果，得主动要求。牛奶是温的，而且凝固了。燕麦片没煮熟。早餐区的椅子很脏。
混乱不堪
入住体验很差，前台说“******* 虚拟卡被拒”。我告知我之前有预订确认信息，我的银行账户也显示了房费。确认信息确认后，我们到了房间，却发现不是我们预订的房间，于是我们又回到前台，被告知“万豪酒店预订了我们住不下的房间”。我预订了一张大床房，结果订了两张双人房。
第二天早上，我们房间的电话响了，酒店工作人员三次试图进入房间，却说“我们的系统显示您已经退房”。总的来说，酒店还不错，前台的杰夫也一样。需要有人来处理一下，确保流程更顺畅。顾客肯定不想在应该简单的情况下处理这么多麻烦。顺便说一句，我们前后两位的顾客也遇到了问题。然后，当我们下楼告知我们订错了房间时，当时办理入住的顾客也遇到了问题。
我的房间里有什么？让其他人走进我的房间，在前台办理入住手续，并把房间钥匙交给他们
