The pool was freezing. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable, woke up hurting all over. Easy check-in and checkout.

The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and when requesting what we needed, it arrived in a timely fashion my stay there was great.

The room was clean--everything was great. The fridge struggled to keep things cold and it would've been nice to have a microwave. I'd rather pay a bit more per night and have a continental breakfast than the more expensive offerings at the restaurant. Otherwise, great stay. Next time I'm in Indianapolis, I'll probably stay here again.

Very nice property. Great value and it was clean and well kept. Knocked a star off because some of the amenities were off line during our visit including the elevator and fitness center. Our room was on the 3rd floor this was no big deal for us but I expect others may see the elevator as more essential. Bottomline is we'd stay there again without hesitation.

It is a great location for the need I had. They didn't offer any discounts for area hospitals as I know other locations do. My second night was reserved but not paid for until I checked in.. when I got to the room, it looked like the cleaning person got called away and never returned. All the lights were on, as their process of cleaning was to shut off the lights as they cleaned that area. The bed was stripped, and pillows on the floor, comforter was on the chair. When I called front desk they offered to move me to another room, but I was spent after spending 12 hours at local hospital. Since I had stayed in the room the night before.i knew it was clean when we entered the room the night before.
They came and made the bed and made sure I had clean linens and bath towels. The bed slept great, and the property looked fantastic with lots of opportunities for fresh air, balconies and court yard with a fire pit. I think they could be a little.more generous for families of loved in the nearest hospital. They don't offer Continental breakfast. The fridge in the room didn't cool.and microwave was greasy and had crumbs in it.
