Hypo-Allergenic Awareness
We notified the hotel a few days before, the day of and when we checked in that my husband had a severe allergy to down and feather bedding. We were assured that we were given hypo allergenic rooms, However, late into our stay we discovered 3 out of 4 pillows in our room were feather! This explained why my husband had become ill over the weekend. After checkout I immediately contacted the hotel and was told to leave a message(Sunday). Bu Tuesday I had not heard back to I called again and the Manager that I spoke to was beyond rude and had no business being in that type of role. While our conversation was heated, he did state they would allow a refund for our room. (We had initially booked two rooms). Also, I have pictures of the pillows.

房间地板挺脏的。我家一岁宝宝在地板上爬,抱起来的时候,手上脚上都是黑乎乎的脏东西。我们跟前台反映,他们的回复竟然是“好的,谢谢告知”。我们没预付早餐,这可能真是个错误,因为我们去看了下价格,大概比一般的星巴克贵了50%左右。
酒店设施很棒。我的账单上有餐饮费用,但我们没有支付,因为我们没有在酒店用餐。前台人员告诉我,经理会更正这些费用。这些费用尚未更正,也没有人就更正事宜联系我。我现在必须与我的信用卡公司就这些费用提出异议。
我们选择这家酒店是因为他们有游泳池,我和儿子入住后直接去了我们的房间换衣服准备游泳(现在是七月),结果发现门上有张纸条说游泳池由于维修而关闭,我联系了值班经理克里斯,但他没有帮助,他让我看一叠名片,并让我联系总经理朱莉,所以我照做了,但她没有帮助。我确实认为这家酒店因为有游泳池而收取额外费用,如果游泳池正常运转,他们应该调整价格,如果游泳池不正常运转,应该在客人入住时告知客人,或者在前台张贴告示,这样我们就可以自己决定是否要入住/支付费用,我们没有收到不良商业行为,我们以后不会再入住万怡酒店
