The hotel has an excellent location, especially for an event like BOA National. However, some of the reception staff need to improve their customer service, both in person and on the phone. On the day of my stay, I called to say that my flight was arriving late, and the person who answered, who did not give their name and was not suited to dealing with the public, was unfriendly and unwilling to help me with my situation because, according to her, my reservation did not appear. However, two people before her in September and November had confirmed my reservation.
Another area for improvement is the elevators. I stayed in room 1522, and the noise and shaking from the elevator were horrible. In addition, as the elevators went up the floors, they shook so much that you thought the elevator was going to fall.

Arrived late and they were overbooked and sent me to the Fairfield next door and they didn't have a lot of space left. The Fairfield was fine but not what I had booked. Because I prepaid through ******* there was no price adjustment for the change or inconvenience.

Our group of 190 people was split between this hotel and Springhill next door and the breakfast staff refused to serve us with the rest of our group. No apology from anyone. Will not be staying here again under any circumstances.

It was too cold in the room the thermostat maxed out at 76 degrees. I’m anemic so I needed to be able to turn the thermostat up at least 1-2 degrees higher.

I didnt know they had breakfast. No one told me at checkin. Convenient indoor walk to convention center but the elevators are terrifying. 3 times they started beeping and the help phone was ringing, then the elevator just got stuck there after we got off. Every time we came back all 3 elevators were in use. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat. Not good for the neck but i liked the stay overall for the convenience and how clean everything was. Please fix the elevators. Will be back next year.
