Overall the facility is very nice and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was also in good condition overall and the space was fantastic, with both sleeping space but also lounging/work space. TV is awkwardly placed for viewing and doesn't swivel. Only real complaint was the condition of the bathroom. The tub ceramic was "rusty"/stained and the ceiling paint above the shower was flaking off. I'm guessing the fan doesn't vent adequately. Other than the bathroom condition, the room was good.

The staff's friendliness was truly amazing, and my children enjoyed the pool. However, the cleaning of the room and common spaces is subpar. Our room had its towels removed, but no replacements were provided, and I had to get them from the front desk. Walls were dirty. Trash was not emptied when it was clearly full. Additionally, the tables in the pool area were filthy, with moldy green and gray food pieces that were indistinguishable.

Room staff and Charles afternoon clerk was superb it was the lobby full of drunken and loud beer cooler patrons at 11:00pm out of control that spoiled our stay! Clerk didn’t help

The room and staff were fine. There was a youth sports team that was staying at the hotel. While I recognize that kids will be kids, this particular group was loud, monopolized all of the common areas, and were partying in the parking lot, waking me up after midnight when I had a very early morning unfortunately, and lost quite a bit of sleep. While this is not the hotel's fault, I think that the staff could have done a better job of trying to get it under control when it was so obviously a problem. I did make one complaint to the front desk.

The staff was extremely courteous, but there was still a little bit of trash left from my previous guest in the trash can, and there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans.

Great clean place to stay. Bed was super comfy and the room suite was really nice with a nice big shower. Breakfast was nice with a great selection. Hotel and room was quiet and air condition worked great.
