The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. The only negative was they missed cleaning our room when we requested a quick freshen up with new towels and beds to be made. But not enough to lower the 4-star ratings.
The restaurant, although slow but the food was really good.

The room was ok and staff were friendly however parking is extra $8/day and people will double park as the parking lot lines are not clearly visible. Lack of a basic microwave to heat up food in a 4 star hotel is questionable. Breakfast is $22/person. Deposit of $150 will be charged to your card before you get the key cards. I will not be retuning to delta again. The only complimentary thing is the water you drink, which is often free along with coffee and breakfast at other places like holiday inn Express or La Quinta.

这个酒店是我本次旅行中最满意的酒店，房间设施布置齐全舒适宽敞明亮，加入会员免费停车，遗憾的是价格中不包含早餐。总之十分满意，以后旅行此酒店为第一选择。
这家酒店管理真是有大问题。
我们入住了三天，第一天入住时把房型搞错了。我们定的双床给了大床。搞得拖着行李来来去去折腾。到了周末生意也确实好，结果第二天housekeeping没跟上，我们四点回到酒店都还没整理房间。最后要命的是，等回到家意外发现酒店“偷偷摸摸”从我的预授权里扣除了135.44美金。
现在请携程沟通协调，他们辩解是“押金”，但我们都知道押金都是预授权，不会出现在银行的对账单上。好在他们说最后会退回的。老天，也还好我算细心，看一下银行账单，不然真就是悄悄过去了。
话说这种事情发生在美国，酒店没有其他责任吗？不需要赔偿？
现在钱还没退，说还要10个工作日以后……
房间不大，设施都不错，洗澡很舒适，周边环境干净。
