The service was excellent. The rooms were clean but we found bugs in 2 rooms (we asked to change rooms). The hotel is very dated and the lobby had a strong odor. We did not end up staying in this hotel.

Excellent experience
A great overall stay! A very attentive staff who is concerned with your comfort and the quality of your experience. The complementary breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel with a variety of fresh options. That were also delicious!

Close to downtown historical Grandbury, TX...restaurants and stores near by. The only issues in the room that we stayed in was...the extra door latch was broken, and the office chair was not working properly. Just wished we asked for a room that wasn't under or close to a family with children.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful there. The king size bed we slept in was so comfortable and soft we both slept very well. There was a Keurig in our room with regular and decaf coffee, plus tea. Also, there's no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body soap, or lotion as there's plenty of Dove products available. The shower was very clean and the water pressure was awesome too! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices were avaliable including sugar free syrup. The lady at the breakfast bar was sweet as could be and very helpful. I was impressed that the front desk texted me every day to make sure we were both comfortable and asked if we needed anything. The parking lot was also very well lit. We would definitely stay there again!

Staff was great, even called before our trip to let us know that a pipe had burst and the pool area would be out of order. Breakfast is basic food that you find at most continental breakfast. Our only issue was the super firm mattress.
