Room and staff were very accommodating. What wasn’t was the fact that within 10 minutes of walking into the motel and going to my room I became seriously sick via some allergic reaction which I never experienced befor in my 70 years. Spent a sleepless night contemplating going to the ER. Consequently our planned 3 night stay turned into one night with the privilege of paying for three

It would have been 5 stars all around but the hot tub was down for all but 1 day and that 1 day it was going the jets didn’t work.

Loved this place, will definitely look for more of these on my travels. Very friendly, very clean, quiet. Nice to have the kitchenette, very well stocked. Had a good breakfast to get us going. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy staying at TownePlace Suits in Vernal, the only complaint I will ever have is about the parking. Other than that, 5 stars for the rest of it!

The staff was SUPER friendly! Willing to answer questions. I saw how they interacted with other customers, and it was always the same, very courteous and friendly. The room, lobby and breakfast area was very clean! Will stay there again.

I would say the only complaint about the hotel or the beds are a little stiff but other than that the customer service was awesome the rooms were nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great spot to land for a short stay in Vernal. It would also be a very comfortable place if you needed to stay longer. Everyone I interacted with was very kind.
