Clean, quiet and very roomy! Bed was comfortable and the temp in the room was good. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the Spokane area.

This hotel has a 24 hr a day shuttle and I needed to be at the airport at 4:00 am. A very nice service.

The person on duty at check in on 08/07 at circa 9pm was super helpful and efficient. We were only staying as a result of late arrival in Spokane due to flight delays. I forget his full name, it was something first name and last name Marchand but he made the process a good experience for a tired couple. Otherwise, it's a Hilton Garden inn and I always know what to expect. Having one at the Spokane airport made the choice of Hilton a no brainer. Thanks
P.s. my wife was highly complimentary of the bathroom and shower layout and use of the shower bottles instead of those little plastic ones.

Very clean
Lovely hotel, very clean and safe. Friendly greating and very easy check in and out. Convenient of having an onsite restaurant and snack shop. No safe in the room was next to my only complaint. The only thing that soured my stay was a wake up call at 2:30 in the morning. I did not ask for that but their phone system is set to repeat it per room. Other than my rude awakening it was a nice stay.

他们先把错的人登记到我们房间，所以我们走进了一间有人住的房间。然后不得不等了半个小时才换到新房间。第二天，我们新房间的钥匙也坏了。他们确实免费给我们吃了一顿饭。但这很麻烦，而且走进一间有人住的房间可能会……很糟糕。

泳池有点脏，客房清洁人员没有打扫我们的房间，也没有清理垃圾。对此我有点失望，不过工作人员很友好，我们到的时候房间也很干净。总的来说还不错。
