The guest mentioned a family emergency as the reason for their sudden departure. We regret any inconvenience caused and value your input. 结果只有一台电视,折叠床也比单人床小!我们去前台要折叠床,却被告知没有。我儿子只能睡在地板上,另一个儿子的脚则悬在单人折叠床外面大约 12 英寸。泳池只有 10 人热水浴缸那么大,而热水浴缸里的水已经完全排空了。前台说热水浴缸一年都没用过,而且会一直关闭。不退款也不赔偿,以后再也不住万豪了!太失望了!
